Definition

USP Verified is a voluntary third-party certification program operated by the United States Pharmacopeia that audits dietary supplements for label accuracy, contaminant thresholds (heavy metals, pesticides, microbials), proper disintegration, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance. Products that pass display the USP Verified mark on the bottle.
